Okay, I know this might jinx the whole process, but I don't care... If it's meant to be, it will be.
Anyway, Allya and I have been looking for a new home for some time, but we had strict criteria that we wanted. Minimum of 3 bedrooms for family to come and stay, large home (2000+ sf), in or near the mountains, or 0n the beach (couldn't afford that one), and an overall custom home - not those cookie cutter tract housing that you forget which one is yours (sorry if that offends some of you, but to each their own - this is our wish).
So, we found our place in San Bernardino. Affordable, not horribly out of the way of anything, and perfect in almost every way. As you will see from the pics, there are some things that are going to be needing to be done, but - that's the best part of a house, is making it a home.
This is the family room - The fireplace is what made me fall in love with it! To the right is the stairway going downstairs

There are ALOT of decks in this house - the property is over an acre, but on a steep hillside (views to come next!!) - Standing on the Promenade Deck, you can see the Bridge Deck and the Lido deck.

This is the deck that wraps around from the dining room to the family room. Views 180 degrees. We like to call this the, "Promenade Deck".

This is looking straight out at the valley towards the mountains. Because of the light, you can't see the San Bernardino's behind those, but they rise almost 8000' feet above - That's over 2300 meters!

This is from the living room looking towards the dining room and kitchen - Open floor plan! You can see the door opened to the promenade deck.

Front of the house (clear) - Once again, this view is looking towards San Gorgonio, over 11,000 feet high - Just the light, you can't see it in the picture, but amazing view!!

The driveway, or the Helo Deck - Smaller than I want it, but the garage makes up for it!! Big enough for a man.
