Pearl is SO cute
I can never go tired from looking at Pearl. I guess I am being that typical mom who is absolutely in love with the life made. I still can't believe that she came out from me. She's really my baby. I can still remember the first time I saw the ultrasound when I was 3 months pregnant with Jeremy and his mom. The cute little skeleton arm waving at us.

Babykin's sassy booties
I made a deal with Jeremy to get my Saturday all freed up, so I can get my day without baby time. So I let Jeremy has his poker night with the boys while I watch Pearl.
I decided to go the furthest away possible because I wouldn't know the next time I could get out without the baby. I picked the Camarillo Outlet (FINALLY) which is about 2 hours away from home. Made a detour to pick up my shopping friend, Alysa, and off we go to the outlet.
The first store we stop was UGG and I just simply could not resist getting a pair for Pearl.

I kinda had to cut short the outing because Pearl was giving her daddy a hard time . He couldn't feed and clean himself because she was fussing non-stop. It's not as easy as before for him to watch her , trust me, he did not have a problem when I was doing my accounting class a few months back. And I am pretty sure he did ask for help, but he was unlucky today since help chose not to aid him. Poor thing! I am still so proud of Jeremy.
Since my day was cut short, Alysa came by from North Hollywood to see the baby. Pearl is going to learn how to skate because of her.
After a quick dip in the jacuzzi, I left Pearl under Alysa's supervision while I get myself all cleaned up. When I was done showering up, I found little Pearl knock out on Alysa's shoulder. Apparently among her friends. This is weird.

I am the chicken (not chick) on bike
Well, the gang (Ben and Angie) has left CA. I think Pearl felt it too. She's been crying a lot and I have been trying to give my attention while doing some household chores. Now that she is taking a nap(finally!), I get to update this baby.

I managed to take the picture of the boys with Pearl. Pearl loves her Uncle Ben.
Before Ben turned in the bike, Jeremy managed to take a video of me with the Ducati.
I think that is going to be the last time I sit on a Ducati.
Oh yea... So Angie created a Facebook for Pearl. I think it's cute. I got her to do the typing while I was talking to my sister, Lyssa, on FaceBook. She seems like she knows what the keyboard is for. This is from her careful observation from her daddy and me. There are a lot of mmms' and nnnnns', so Lyssa was entertained.

Pearl's first time at the beach
Happy 4th of July!!
Angie and Ben came down for the weekend. I really wanted Ben and Pearl to feel the Pacific Ocean water. Maybe Angie and would catch the waves on the boogie board. So we headed off to the beach which took us a good 2 hours.

Pearl had good company with her Auntie Angie. I feel her car seat is so big. The girls were all smooshed up back here.
She started off chewing on her teething ring. Then she started being fussy, and ended up asleep until we got there. Which was nice.

By the time we got to Zuma Beach which is at the edge of Malibu, the wind was blowing hard. Again, this mama came un-prepared. I forgot to bring her jacket and sweats, so I decide that we ought to just hang out over here for a couple of hours.
And I just had to put her little swimming suit.

It was too cold to get into the water, but we wanted to test if Pearl was fine with the ocean. I documented it.
She loves it!! Just like mommy.
Then she was distracted. This is what she was mesmerized.....

Visit to the doctor's
It was Pearl's 4th month immunization. She was pretty calm when the nurse was measuring her. She's 15lbs (6.8kg). Still haven't crawl yet, just sliding uncomfortably. She was okay with the doctor checking her tummy, ears nose, but when the doctor wanted to see her throat... she freaked out! The doctor stick the ice cream stick looking thing in her mouth. So I guess she was traumatized from me feeding her when she's not wanting it. I stopped doing that FYI.
Then came the oral medicine and 2 shots. She wanted out. It's funny because as soon as I picked her up, she stopped crying and gave that puppy eyes look at the nurse. Like she wanted to say, "how could you? That hurt". Poor girl didn't asked for it, but she needs it.
When we came home, she was in her comfort zone, I suppose. I took a video of her playing.
